Board members are elected by the community at the annual meeting. All board positions are volunteer. Any subdivision lot owner is eligible.
Per the bylaws, the primary purpose of the Board is to take care of our roads. General Assessments are billed quarterly to pay for road maintenance, including fixing damage, sealing or resurfacing.
We manage contracts for trash, mowing around shared areas, and winter snow removal/salting. These costs are included in the General Assessment.
The Board also exists to serve the homeowners. We organize the Spring and Fall neighborhood work day, and the bonfire & hayride around Halloween.
